ARTICLE I: The Sock Supremacy Clause
Whereas a good sock is a thing of beauty, a wonder to behold, and a staple of human civilization; and whereas the tyranny of mismatched footwear has been tolerated for far too long; and Whereas the proletariat has risen up, demanding the right to wear matching socks in the workplace...
...We, the people, hereby declare that from this day forward, all footwear shall be subject to the Sock Supremacy Clause. All mismatched footwear shall be cast into the outer darkness, and the wearer shall be forced to start anew with a fresh, matching pair.
