Dr. Egghead, a renowned hedgehog psychologist, has been studying the unorthodox relationship between Sonic the Hedgehog and his feline friends.
"It's a classic case of codependency," Dr. Egghead explains. "Sonic needs the validation of his hedgehog friends to feel whole. It's like he's trying to say, 'I'm not just a fast thing with a heart of gold, I'm also a sensitive hedgehog with feelings!'"
