Effect-2: A Sophisticated Soliloquy

A Philosophical Treatise on the Futility of Human Existence

Or, as I like to call it, the "I'm-just-a-philosopher-king-with-a-bottle-of-whine-in-hand" treatise.

As I sit here on my velvet couch, surrounded by the trappings of my own self-aggrandizing ego, I ponder the meaninglessness of it all. The fleeting nature of human existence, the futility of seeking happiness, and the crushing despair that comes with being a sentient, carbon-based life form in a cold, dark universe.
