Celestial Tenants Rights - A Brief Guide

According to the Galactic Union of Moon-Land Trusts, any celestial tenant has the right to a fair and safe place to rest their lunar head. This includes but is not limited to the right to:
- Have a clear and unobstructed view of the lunar surface
- Access to a reliable source of lunar oxygen and water
- A reasonable amount of space to live and work in peace
- Protection from lunar radiation and meteorites
Subsection 3a: Lunar Lease Agreements
When leasing a lunar plot, tenants are required to sign a comprehensive agreement that covers all aspects of their stay. This includes but is not limited to the terms of the lease, payment schedule, and any conditions that may affect the tenant's stay.
