Flaming Ginger Gateau: Recipe for the Brave

  1. Mix ginger and water in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Add sugar, honey, and cayenne pepper. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add a dash of red food coloring, if you dare.
  4. Place in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for exactly 7 minutes and 14 seconds.
  5. Remove from oven, sprinkle with sea salt, and serve.

Tips and Variations:

For a spicy twist, add more cayenne pepper. For a sweet surprise, add a sprinkle of edible gold dust.
