According to local legend, the Biscotti Cookie Co. was founded by our great-great-great-great grandfather, Giovanni "The Biscotti King" Esposito in 1923.

Giovanni was a humble baker who sought to revolutionize the world of cookies with his innovative use of biscotti. He spent years perfecting his craft, experimenting with different shapes, sizes, and flavors, and eventually created the now-iconic Biscotti Cookie.

Fast forward to 1956, when Giovanni's son, Mario "The Biscotti King Jr." Esposito took the reins and expanded the company into the international powerhouse it is today.
