Article I: We, the Standard Rats, hold these truths to be self-evident: that all cheese is created equal, but some are more equal than others.
Article II: We believe that the pursuit of cheese is a fundamental right, inherent to all Standard Rats.
Article III: We hold that the Standard Rat way of life is one of comfort, security, and an endless supply of cheese.
Article IV: We, the Standard Rats, shall not be bound by the chains of traditional rodent oppression, but shall strive for a new era of rat liberation.
And for the purpose of ratifying this Manifesto, we, the Standard Rats, do ordain and establish this Constitution.
