Appendix A: The Staple-Induced Trauma Scale

For those who have been stapled in the face, there is hope.

But first, let us establish a standard for measuring the severity of staple-related trauma.

Scale:

  1. 0-1: Mild Stapling (MS)
  2. 1-2: Moderate Stapling (MS)
  3. 2-3: Severe Stapling (SS)
  4. 3-4: Critical Stapling (CS)
  5. 4-5: Catastrophic Stapling (CS)
