Napping Techniques 2: The Power Nap

Chapter 2: The Art of the Quick Snooze

By the time you're done reading this chapter, you'll be a napping master. Or at least, a decent napping enthusiast. Maybe.

Technique 2: The Power Nap

Also known as the "Nap of a Thousand Faces", this technique requires you to fall asleep in under 5 seconds, while maintaining a perfectly straight face.

Here's how:

  1. Close your eyes.
  2. Inhale deeply, and exhale slowly.
  3. Count to 5, then open your eyes, still looking straight ahead.
  4. Repeat as necessary.

That's it. Simple, right? But don't worry, it takes practice. Like, a LOT of practice. You might need to nap 20 times in a row to get it right.
