The Power Nap is a technique used by advanced napping gurus to recharge their batteries in under 20 minutes. It's like a shot of espresso for your brain, but without the jitters.
To perform the Power Nap, find a quiet, dark place to rest your head, and set your timer for 10-15 minutes. When the timer goes off, you'll be refreshed, revitalized, and ready to take on the world... or at least, the next item on your to-do list.
