In the grand tapestry of Neo-Brutalism, colours are the true architects of our aesthetic revolution. They're the bold, the bright, and the bewilderingly bad. Here are some of our favourite colours, and what they're good for.
Yellow is the colour of last resort. When you're stuck in a meeting with a committee of colourless drones, and you need to get a point across, yellow's your friend. It's the colour of 'I'm-not-listening-but-I'm-still-talking'.
Pink is the colour of hope, or at least, the colour of 'I'm-trying-not-to-be embarrassed'. It's the colour of bubblegum, and also the colour of our hearts, when we're not trying to appear tough.
But what's the point of colours, anyway? Are they just a distraction from the true meaning of life, or is there something more to it? Join us in investigating this existential crisis.
