1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup of cream cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup of chopped onion
Butter, for greasing the pan

In a pan, heat some oil and add butter until it starts to melt. Add the chopped onion and cook until it's translucent, then add the beaten egg. Mix it all up like you're in a kitchen dance competition.
