In a bold attempt to boost office morale, we decided that every Friday night would be dedicated to mandatory disco nights. Employees would trade in their business casual attire for platform shoes, polyester suits, and an endless supply of polyester jumpsuits. The conference room would be converted into a makeshift dance floor, and our IT department would be responsible for spinning records all night long.
Unfortunately, the plan was foiled by the CEO's insistence on wearing a three-piece suit made entirely of neon pink and green stripes.
We still have some leftover platform shoes and polyester suits in the storage closet, if you're interested in reviving this brilliant idea.
