WHEREAS, the fabric of spacetime is fragile and in need of frequent repair;

WHEREAS, the Committee has been tasked with ensuring the timeline remains coherent and entertaining;

WHEREAS, Motion 42 is a radical new approach to time-traveling that promises to make the timestream more exciting and unpredictable;

We, the members of the Time-Traveling Committee, hereby RESOLVE to:

Establish a new temporal protocol that allows for frequent, unannounced changes to the timeline.
Appoint a special task force to deal with the inevitable repercussions of our actions.
Host a time-traveling party to celebrate our new motion!
