**Report Highlights:**

Our committee has managed to waste $100 on "essential" meetings, despite the fact that we're still not sure what our actual purpose is.

Our top bloopers include:

  1. Spending 2 hours debating the meaning of "yes/no" in email responses.
  2. Accidentally sending 17 emails to the wrong department.
  3. Forgetting to bring donuts to the meeting.

We have also managed to create 5 new committees to "study" the situation.
