As you are aware, our budget for the fiscal year has been a disaster. We are currently operating on a shoestring budget, with shoelaces that seem to have been made of the finest imported Italian thread.
We are still waiting on a few key pieces of equipment, including a functioning toilet and a reliable stapler. In the meantime, we will be forced to use a bucket and a hammer to achieve our goals.
