We, the Committee of Ten, are a group of esteemed individuals tasked with budgeting for the most absurd, the most outrageous, and the most utterly ridiculous expenses in the land. Our mission is to spend money on things that make no sense, to allocate funds to projects that defy all logical reasoning, and to generally waste taxpayer dollars on the ridiculous.
Our motto? "We're not just budgeting, we're blowing it!"
