• Spending $10,000 on a toaster that looks exactly like a toaster but is actually a fancy pen holder
• Deciding to hire 5 new accountants who are all named "Bloopie" and having them all report to the same desk
• Allocating funds to develop a committee to investigate the best way to organize a binder
