Budget Bloopers: Feline Overlords Demand Better Treats

We've received word from the feline overlords that our current treat procurement process is wholly inadequate. The cats are not pleased. In fact, they're writing their own budget to rectify this situation.

We're told the current state of affairs is a scandal. The cats want more catnip, better scratching posts, and an end to the "dreaded" canned tuna.

ScratchingPosts = 5 per feline
NoMoreTuna = forever
