Decisions:

• Approved: Belly Rubs shall be mandatory for all cat overlords at all times.
• Approved: The hunting of smaller animals is hereby declared a national pastime for all felines.
• Approved: A catnip-to-carpet ratio of 3:1 shall be maintained at all times.
