Present: Chairperson, Dr. Brie, and the rest of the committee

Resolution 1: The Best Type of Cheese Aging

The committee has decided that the best type of cheese aging is, in fact, the "Gouda Age".

Dr. Brie has proposed a motion to age the Gouda for exactly 37 days, 14 hours, and 42 minutes.

Resolution 2: The Importance of Bacteria in Cheese Aging

The committee has also decided that bacteria are essential for the proper aging of cheese, but only if they are the right kind of bacteria.

Dr. Brie has proposed a motion to invite Dr. Bacteria to speak at the next meeting.

Motions for Next Meeting

Dr. Brie has proposed a motion to have a cheese tasting at the next meeting.

Dr. Brie has also proposed a motion to invite the French to speak on the art of cheese aging.
