This decision has been met with widespread confusion and alarm from the inhabitants of Dimension 4, who insist that the Fjords of Madness are actually just a bunch of weird rocks.
However, prophets from Dimension 9 have confirmed that the Fjords of Madness are, in fact, doorways to parallel universes. The Department has therefore decided to install a series of warning signs, reading "Caution: Fjords of Madness Ahead" in all relevant dimensions.
Due to the overwhelming demand for Fjord-Based travel, the Department of Interdimensional Affairs has established the Fjords of Madness Travel Agency. This agency will provide safe and reliable travel to all who wish to explore the Fjords of Madness.
However, please note that travel to the Fjords of Madness is still strictly prohibited for citizens of Dimension 4. We cannot stress this enough.
