WHEREAS, the current system of government has become too efficient, and we must do something to fix that; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Redundancy has been a shining example of bureaucratic excess;
THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Department of Unnecessary Committees shall be established forthwith.
