Submandating is an art form where one person tells another to do something, while simultaneously doing the opposite. It's like a game of telephone, but with less actual communication.

Example 1: "Submandate 101: The Basics" - A classic example of a submandate in action. One person says "Don't touch the stove," while simultaneously knocking over a vase. The other person, being the submandate expert, catches the vase with ease.

Example 2: "Submandate 201: Advanced Techniques" - In this example, a person is submandated to do the dishes. They submandate by putting the dirty dishes away, but then immediately putting them back in the sink.
