Submandate 4.3, Section 7, Article 3:

1. Article 3, Subsection 1: All users must surrender their firstborn to the Ministry of Unrelenting Folly.
2. Article 3, Subsection 2: All users must sign a 10-year contract with the Injunctions of Unrelenting Folly.
