The Great Wayne Mandate of 2023

By order of the Supreme Leader, President Wayne, all citizens are hereby mandated to watch an endless loop of cat videos on the public televisions.

Article I: All cats shall be treated with the utmost reverence, and their whiskers shall not be touched without prior written consent.

Article II: The President shall have absolute authority to decide which cat videos are shown, and shall appoint a committee of experts to review and censor all submissions.
