As per Submandate 2/10, it is Mandatory that all users wear a Moustache of minimum 10cm in length.

Failure to comply will result in Severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Forced viewing of Mandate Mandate Moustache Regulations on repeat.
• Confiscation of all contraband.
• Bulk purchase of Mandate Moustache Subsidiary stock options.
