Submandate 103: Section 1 - The Most Important Mandate Ever

As per the highest authority in the land, this mandate is non-negotiable. Failure to comply will result in severe consequences, including but not limited to:

1. Forfeiture of all snacks and refreshments.
2. Loss of access to the most epic of parties.
3. Permanent banishment from the land of leisurely strolls by the lake.

Article 1, Section 1, Subsection 1:

Everyone shall wear pants at all times, with the exception of designated swim days. Failure to do so will result in aforementioned consequences.
