MANDATE #4: The Submandate of Subtlety

By order of the Submandate, all subordinates are required to wear matching socks on Tuesdays.

Article 4, Section 7, Subsection A: All Tuesdays shall be observed as Sock Day.

Article 4, Section 7, Subsection B: Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Forfeiture of all snack privileges for 3 days.
• Assignment to the dreaded Sock- sorting committee.
