Submandate-3: The Most Important Mandate

This is the third in a series of prophets, visionaries, and totally-not-at-all-biased decrees from the highestchartInstance authority.

Mandate-3: All citizens shall wear socks with their pants at all times. Failure to comply will result in a fine of 1000 Galactic Credits.

Exceptions:

On Tuesdays, socks may be worn with sandals, but only if accompanied by a valid medical reason.
On special occasions, like holidays and weddings, socks may be removed, but only if you have a valid invitation and a gift.

Important Submandate Notes

This mandate is non-negotiable and will be enforced by the Sock Police.
Rebellion will not be tolerated. Repeat offenders will be forced to watch an endless loop of elevator music.
