By order of the Supreme Subditor, it is hereby decreed that all submandates shall be executed with reckless abandon.
Submandate 3 shall take effect forthwith and no further notice shall be given.
Any attempts to subvert or subdue this mandate shall result in the immediate application of the Submandate Enforcers' Special Powers.
