Galactic Mandates 2023

By order of the Galactic Union of Advanced Lifeforms, all sentient beings are required to:

• Article I: All planets with breathable air are required to have at least 30% of their surface covered by trees.
• Article II: No sentient being may claim to be from a planet with a worse climate than Earth.
• Article III: All space travelers must carry an oxygen supply for at least 10 Earth days in case of emergencies.
