Looping the Loop: Technique 7 - The Never-Ending Cycle

Also known as "The Hamster Wheel of Procrastination", this technique involves creating a series of tasks that are all connected to each other in a loop, making it impossible to complete anything without going back to the starting point.

Example:

  1. Clean the kitchen.
  2. Rearrange furniture in living room.
  3. Rearrange kitchen layout.
  4. Buy new kitchen utensils online.
  5. Wait for package to arrive.

And back to step 1, because now you need to store the new kitchen utensils in the newly rearranged kitchen!
