By order of the Ministry of Redundancy, Section 7 of Mandate 12 requires all citizens to wear matching socks at all times.
Exceptions will be made for those with legitimate medical reasons or those who have not yet mastered the art of matching their socks.
Non-compliance will result in a fine of 500 credits and a sternly worded letter from the Ministry.
