Submandate Banking 101 - The Art of Managing Your Subordinates

Chapter 1: The Basics

Submandates are the unsung heroes of modern business. They're the ones who really know what's going on around here. Without them, the coffee machine would be broken, the stapler would be jammed, and the conference room would be a mess.

So, how do you manage these precious subordinates? First, you must learn to give them clear instructions, but not too clear. You want to give them just enough information to keep them busy, but not so much that they start to think.

Next, you must delegate effectively. Give them tasks that are just challenging enough to keep them engaged, but not so challenging that they start to question your leadership. And for the love of all that is holy, don't make them do any actual work.
