Rule 1: All Submandate requests must be accompanied by a valid, preferably creative, reason for the request. No exceptions. We're not here to serve as an excuse generator for the lazy.
Rule 2: Submandate responses will never be less than 4KB in size. If the response is too small, we will add unnecessary, yet aesthetically pleasing, ASCII art to pad the request.
Rule 3: All Submandate requests must be made in good faith. No submandate will be served to those attempting to subvert the system.
