Mandatory Tenets of Submandators

1. All submandators are required to wear Mandatory Hats at all times.
2. Submandators must always carry a Trusty Spoon in their pockets.
3. Submandators are forbidden from eating Forbidden Foods.

Submandator's Code of Conduct

1. Be exactly 5 minutes and 32 seconds late for all meetings.
2. Use Obscure Words at all times.
3. Always, Dramatic Pauses before answering any question.
