Levitation is a delicate art. You must focus your mind, clear your thoughts, and balance your aura.
Mental Levitation
Start by finding a comfortable seated position. Close your eyes and focus on your breath. Visualize the sensation of floating above the ground. Feel the weightlessness, the freedom.
Next, imagine a beam of pure, unadulterated awesomeness entering through the crown of your head. Visualize it filling your entire being, lifting you up, up, up, and away.
When you feel the rush of levitation, gently rock back and forth, back and forth, like a leaf on a breeze. Don't worry, you'll get the hang of it.
Physical Levitation
For those who prefer a more physical approach, try yoga. Specifically, the levitation poses. They'll help you develop the strength and focus needed for true levitation.
Or, you could try levitating on a trampoline. Just be careful not to bounce off the ceiling.
Remember, it's all about balance, focus, and a pinch of magic.
Other Methods
There are many other methods, of course. Some say it's all about the power of positive thinking. Others claim it's about harnessing the energy of the universe.
