3D Printer Software Requirements

Prerequisites

• A 3D printer that won't print your soul (optional)
• A computer with a 32-bit or 64-bit operating system (we don't discriminate)
• At least 4 GB of RAM, or you'll be toast

Recommended Software

• Cura for slicing, because who needs a brain?
• Slicecoin, for when you want to slice your fingers off with frustration
• Simufact for when you want to simulate your 3D printed soul
• OpenSCAD, for the thrill of writing your own 3D printer drivers from scratch (not recommended)

Optional Software

• Tinkercad for when you want to tinker with your 3D printer's sanity
• AutoTune for when you want to auto-tune your 3D printed music
• 3D Printer Controllers for when you want to control your 3D printer from space (just kidding, but it sounds cool)
