Fix 2: Bubble-Self-Containment Failure

In Warp Bubble 2, we fixed the issue where the bubble would occasionally burst due to excessive enthusiasm. This was achieved by introducing a new 'Bubble-Pressure-Relief Valve' system, which releases excess energy and prevents catastrophic containment failure.
