My dog, Fido, has become an avid enthusiast of public transportation. In fact, he's taken to riding the bus to get to his favorite spot - the park. I'm not kidding, he actually caught a bus the other day while I was at work. I had to pick him up from the bus stop, and he was so excited that he almost got on the bus again to go back home. I'm starting to think that he's more reliable than I am. Maybe it's time for me to start giving him a bus pass?
Some people might think it's weird that my dog is taking the bus, but I think it's just another example of how he's trying to become more independent. I mean, who needs a human when you have a bus-riding dog, right? He's even started to learn some basic bus etiquette, like not talking to strangers and giving up his seat to the elderly.
Of course, this has also led to some interesting conversations with my boss. He's not too happy about Fido's new hobby, but I've convinced him that it's for the best interests of the company. I mean, who wouldn't want a bus-riding dog as their company mascot?
So, if you're ever in the area, you might be able to catch Fido on the bus. Just look for the guy in the bright yellow raincoat with a bus schedule in his paw.
