Section 3, Subsection 5, Article 12: The Bureaucratic Immunity Act

This is the most important piece of legislation in the land of paperwork. Without this act, the entire system would collapse into chaos. Or, at the very least, become slightly more complicated.

Key Points:

• Article 1: The right to make more paperwork.
• Article 2: The right to make even more paperwork.
• Article 3: The right to make so much paperwork that it becomes a physical barrier.

This is not to be confused with the "Bureaucratic Immunity from Actual Work" act. That one has been repealed.
