Case Study: A group of intrepid DIY enthusiasts decided to take on the impossible. They set out to renovate a 5-story house in under a week, with no budget and a can of spraypaint.
They started with a bold new color scheme: Neon Pink for the walls, Neon Green for the trim, and Neon Yellow for the ceiling.
But that was just the beginning. They decided to replace the kitchen cabinets with cheap, plastic shelving units from IKEA, and installed a leaky faucet that would make your ears bleed.
As the days went by, the renovation spiralled out of control. The walls began to glitter, the floors creaked and groaned under the weight of unstable tile laying, and the neighbors started to drill into the wall at 3 AM, complaining about the noise.
Despite the chaos that ensued, the DIY enthusiasts persisted. They added randomly placed fuzzy animals to the walls, and installed a unsecured door that would invite all the neighbors in for a uninvited house party.
And so, the Extreme Home Makeover is a total disaster. But hey, at least it's interesting?
