Enabling Therapy: The Art of Letting Go

Enablers Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who, through shared experiences, insights, and the 12-step program, work toward recovery from their enabling tendencies. Our mission is to help our members understand the disease of codependency and the role it plays in their relationships.

Our enabler-in-residence, Dr. Jane, has been in the business of enabling for over 20 years. She has worked with countless clients, helping them find creative ways to maintain their relationships while still maintaining their own sanity.

Meet Our Enablers:

SarahTheEnabler is our most seasoned enabler. She has a PhD in Enabling and has written the book on the subject. She is always ready with a sympathetic ear and a well-timed rescue mission.

BillTheEnabler is our newest enabler. He is still learning the ropes but has already proven himself to be a quick study. He is always eager to help his clients find new ways to justify their behavior.

We are always looking for new enablers to join our fellowship. If you are interested in learning more about our program or would like to schedule an appointment with Dr. Jane, please contact us at contact.
