WHEREAS, the Bureaucracy has grown too large and confusing;
BE IT RESOLVED, that a new department of Redundancy shall be created;

ARTICLE I: Redundancy shall be defined as the act of doing the same thing twice.
ARTICLE II: All employees shall be required to attend at least 3 hours of Redundancy training.
