Subsection 3.3: Redundant Reporting

Warning: This subsection is for the most arduous and pedantic of bureaucrats. Proceed with caution.

Reporting Requirements for Extreme Cases

1. Fill out form 345-B, in triplicate, with a fine-tip pen.
2. Attach a 3x5 index card to each page.
3. Submit 5 original, hand-annotated copies of the report.

Remember, we will review each page 17 times before approving your report. Any errors will result in a 6-week delay.
