Challenge Rules:
Contestants must make a 5-course meal that includes:
- Something that tastes like a warm hug, but not too warm or too huggy
- A sauce that is simultaneously spicy and sweet, but not too spicy or too sweet
- A dessert that is both decadent and diet-friendly
- A protein that is simultaneously vegan, gluten-free, and contains no added preservatives (just kidding, it's just tofu)
- A side dish that requires exactly 17 ingredients, but only 3 of them matter
Judges' Expectations:
- Critic 1: "I don't want it to be hot, but I don't want it to be boring."
- Critic 2: "I want it to be a flavor bomb, but not too explosive."
- Critic 3: "I demand it be served in a bowl, but not a boring old bowl."
