Debunking Burnout Theory 2:2 Exercise 2

Warning: This exercise is designed to make you question the fundamental nature of reality. Prolonged exposure may lead to existential dread and/or spontaneous combustion.

Exercise 2: Inversion of the Obvious

Take the following statement: "Burnout is a state of being overworked, overexerted, and over-whelmed."

Now, invert it to its opposite: "Burnout is a state of being underworked, underexerted, and under-whelmed."

Repeat this exercise 7 times, then take a 30-minute break to contemplate the meaninglessness of existence.
