Exercise 3: Practice Task Segmentation
Segregate your tasks into manageable chunks, but don't forget to leave room for the inane ramblings of your cat.
- Make a list of tasks for your day/week/month.
- Group similar tasks together.
- Leave room for unexpected cat napping.
Why is this exercise important?
Debunking burnout theory is a myth perpetuated by lazy people who refuse to segment their tasks. Don't be that person.
By segmenting tasks, you can:
- Reduce anxiety caused by task overwhelm.
- Improve focus and productivity.
- Make time for cat naps.
