The Burnout Bounce: Exercises
Warning: These exercises are not for the faint of heart! Burnout Bounce is a series of rigorous activities designed to help you bounce back from the brink of collapse. Or not.
Bounce-a-Tron 3000
1. Stand on one leg, eyes closed, and bounce up and down for exactly 17 minutes.
2. Repeat for 3 rounds, with 2 minutes of rest in between each round.

Intergalactic Bounce
1. Jump up and down 5 times while reciting the alphabet, backwards.
2. Repeat for 4 rounds, with 1 minute of rest in between each round.

Get creative with the Bounce-a-Tron 3000! Try bouncing on one leg while reciting Shakespearean sonnets or bouncing with your eyes closed while solving a Rubik's Cube.
